JOB ANALYSIS

In hiring the right person for the job, a Job Analysis must be completed. We use a systematic process of collecting information about all the parameters of a job, it’s basic responsibilities, the behaviors, skills and physical and mental requirements of the people who do it. We also assist with an evaluation of the tools needed and consideration of the environment.
